• RAILROAD COORDINATION:
  Coordinate railroad related issues and provide design criteria, site evaluations and assist in the development of contract plans and cost estimates for public and private projects.

• TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
  Prepare the technical specifications required for materials procurement, construction, and inspection of the completed work.

• PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
  Provide the coordination, engineering and inspection expertise required to complete all phases of the project.

• VALUE ENGINEERING:
  Structured review of project costs and functionally required elements to identify potential savings and/or alternative designs.

• PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PLANNING:
  Preparation of a cost effective maintenance program to include development of standard operating procedures and training.

• MATERIALS INSPECTION:
  Inspection of manufactured or fabricated rail products produced both domestically and abroad, i.e. special trackwork, rail, components, and sub-systems equipment.

• TRACK INSPECTIONS & EVALUATIONS:
  Track inspections for compliance with Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) safety requirements. Assess value of track safety, inspection programs, and compliance reviews.
