Olivet Village / Olivet Center
Olivet Village and Olivet Center are located on approximately 27 acres just of Olivet Church road in Paducah, Kentucky. This project consisted of 40,000 ft2 of retail / professional space and 107 single family residence. Civil Design Group designed the site plan, sewer, water, roads, and the storm water management plan.
